About the Position

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Intelligence Associate (Chinese Speaker) to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals with a passion for data analytics, reporting, and transforming raw data into actionable insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support clients' reporting needs and contribute to strategic decision-making. This position requires proficiency in reading and writing Simplified Chinese, as you will be supporting the China market.

Responsibilities

  • Report Management & Delivery: Oversee Business-As-Usual (BAU) report delivery, specifically Chinese reporting for China, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely submission within standard SLAs.
  • Report Development & Enhancements: Design and develop new reports and implement change requests for China markets. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Commercial and Customer Support teams, to create tailored reporting solutions that enhance decision-making and client satisfaction.
  • Business Intelligence & Data Visualization: Leverage BI tools to create interactive dashboards and visualizations. Stay updated with the latest BI trends and functionalities to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
  • Process Optimization & Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of reporting processes and quality control measures to ensure transparency and efficiency.
  • Strategic Support: Assist the Business Intelligence Lead in driving BI revenue growth and identifying new business opportunities within the market.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent command of English & Mandarin (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
  • Basic understanding of database concepts.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and validate data accurately.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines; willing to go the extra mile to meet client needs.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling large datasets.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships across teams and cultures.
  • Good time management; able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and stay composed under pressure.
  • Business oriented mindset with a commitment to quality, detail, and team collaboration.
