Responsibilities

• Be building an end-to-end, AI-first healthcare platform from the ground up.
• Execute and optimize end-to-end operational processes.
• Work closely with engineers, designers, and physicians to develop and refine patient care processes.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of efficient workflows that enhance the patient journey.
• Potential work also includes competitor analysis, market research, market expansion, and more.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of work experience
• Self-starter with an obsessive drive
• Ability to think independently and craft a strategic plan and execute it end-to-end
• Not afraid of complex problems and can design creative products/solutions to solve them
• Believe in a roll-up-your-sleeves, hands-on approach
• Ability to deal with problems at an abstracted level and uncertainty
• A tinkerer who loves building products that delight and is willing to persevere to take something from great to remarkable
• A good person to work with. We want to play long-term games with long-term people.
