You will:
- Demonstrate a mindset with a focus on Business Readiness and Go To Market, whilst understanding the technical requirements within any given project.
- Manage different projects, covering legislation and compliance requirements, third-party provider integrations, new features, and improvements.
- Identify and manage projects scope, objectives, and critical success factors by gaining a thorough understanding of the business requirements.
- Manage contacts and expectations with Project Managers, PSPs, vendors, suppliers, clients (internal and external) to ensure that projects remain on track.
- Manage changes and improvements in projects scope, identify issues, and drive for resolution.
- Lead the identification of critical dependencies and risks early in the project life cycle.
- Proactively manage and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalate when needed.
- Liaise between Product Management, Technology, and business stakeholders to foster quality communications.
- Create and maintain project documentation.
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about the progress and adjustments needed.
Requirements
- University degree.
- 3+ years of experience in managing projects in the payment industry.
- Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Technical background is considered an advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Sound organizational skills with excellent communication, interpersonal, time management, and project planning skills.
- International background.
- Fluent level of English – written and spoken.
