Responsibilities

Own end-to-end project planning: scope, timeline, milestones, risk tracking, and stakeholder communication
Coordinate work streams across multiple business functions, ensuring alignment and accountability
Build and maintain executive-ready reporting (dashboards, status decks, steering committee updates)
Identify interdependencies, bottlenecks, and risks before they become problems - and drive resolution
Facilitate workshops and working sessions with stakeholders at all levels, from analysts to C-suite
Translate strategic objectives into actionable workplans and track progress against KPIs
Support change management efforts to ensure new processes and structures stick

Requirements

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in consulting, project management, or a fast-paced operational role
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple priorities under pressure
- Strong analytical mindset; comfortable working with data to track progress and flag risks
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to influence without direct authority across global teams
- A bias toward action: you don't wait for perfect information to move projects forward
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, economics, or a related field (MBA or equivalent a plus, not required)
Preferred: Familiarity with API-based products and technology platforms
