About the Role

As a Business Services Team Lead with German, you will be responsible for leading, developing, and motivating a team to achieve operational goals. You will oversee daily team performance, provide coaching and feedback, support employee development, and ensure effective collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities

Managing the team’s budget and allocating resources effectively to maximize efficiency and performance
Identifying, analyzing, and resolving team performance and morale challenges proactively
Monitoring work quality and implementing quality assurance measures to ensure high standards are consistently met
Leading and supporting change initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes, systems, and organizational changes
Ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and company policies while promoting best practices across the team

Requirements

Knowledge of English (minimum B2 level) and German (minimum C1 level)
Proven experience in team leadership or a similar leadership role
Experience in a customer service environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to set clear goals and motivate team members effectively
Ability to solve problems and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to handle pressure and remain calm in challenging situations
Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
Degree in management or training in team leadership as an advantage
