About the Project
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Business Systems Analyst to support our client in key banking initiatives. This is a great opportunity to have a real impact on the development of banking services in an international environment.
Responsibilities
- Creating and describing business and functional requirements
- Supporting testing, changes, and incident management
- Analyzing data and identifying sources of problems
- Proposing improvements to increase efficiency
- Preparing scenarios, specifications, and dashboards
- Business analysis in banking projects
- Streamlining processes and optimizing system solutions
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions
- Knowledge of the lifecycle of credit products
- Familiarity with project management and reporting tools
- Experience with core banking systems
- English proficiency at C1 level
- Nice to have: Knowledge of Oracle Flexcube
