About the Project
We are looking for a Business-Systems Analyst to support the development and optimization of IT systems supporting production processes for our client in the biopharmaceutical industry. The person in this role will bridge business needs with technological solutions, collaborating with both IT teams and operational departments.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing and gathering business requirements and preparing project and validation documentation required in a regulated environment
- Conducting workshops with business and technical stakeholders
- Identifying user needs in the manufacturing processes
- Collaborating with business stakeholders and IT teams in designing and refining system solutions
- Creating analytical documentation, including requirement specifications, process diagrams, and data models
- Supporting system and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Analyzing processes and systems to identify optimization and improvement opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a role related to business-system analysis
- Experience in IT projects implemented in the manufacturing / production industry
- Familiarity with ERP, MES, and WMS systems
- Experience in preparing analytical documentation
- Ability to effectively collaborate with technical and business teams
- Proficiency in English at least at the B2 level
- Excellent communication skills
- Desirable: Experience in projects for the pharma / biotech / life sciences industry
