Business Travel and Office Assistant (fixed-term contract)

About the Position

For our Administration team, we are looking for an energetic team player to run our Wrocław office. If you are a reliable, positive person with a can-do attitude, interested in managing general administrative activities, helping employees, and taking responsibility for assigned tasks, we want to hear from you!

This is a full-time position. The role is offered under a fixed-term employment contract, concluded for the duration of another employee’s absence (a contract for substitution), until September 2027.

Responsibilities

• Organize administrative activities
• Order office supplies
• Cooperate with other teams and offices
• Arrange and settle business trips (booking hotels, flights, etc.)
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Support Employer Branding Team in local activities
• Perform other tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office

Requirements

• Good knowledge of English (at least B2 level)
• Fluency in Polish
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Willingness to acquire new knowledge
• Good time management skills and ability to prioritize work
• Organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Self-reliance, positive energy, and superb interpersonal skills
• Ability to work individually and in team
• A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
