About the Position
We are seeking a Travel Manager with 1-3 years of experience for a hybrid role in Poland. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing travel logistics and coordinating with various vendors to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage trips independently, from planning and booking to trip completion.
- Work with suppliers/vendors, including hotels, transfer providers, and travel agencies.
- Utilize internal tools and systems such as Jira, spreadsheets, and task tracking systems.
- Coordinate multiple parallel processes while maintaining high service quality and meeting deadlines.
- Prepare, maintain, and update rooming lists.
- Perform data validation and quality checks before submitting information to vendors and partners.
- Manage travel changes, including flight modifications, hotel updates, and transfer adjustments.
- Maintain cost tracking, budget monitoring, and travel-related documentation.
- Understand and control key travel-related deadlines and critical milestones.
- Interact with government authorities and public institutions in Poland.
- Work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in travel or operations-related roles.
- English proficiency at B2 level.
- Basic expertise in travel operations, including knowledge of different airline types, hotel chains, categories, and industry-specific tips and tricks.
- Strong vendor management skills, including effective communication and coordination.
- Ability to work independently with internal tools and systems.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, highly organized, and flexible.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
