Casting Manager (キャスティングマネージャー)

About the Position

We are seeking a Casting Manager (キャスティングマネージャー) to join our Marketing Solutions team, responsible for coordinating with clients, creators, and internal members to support business growth. You will be managing projects, coordinating with various stakeholders, and leading the team.

Responsibilities

• Conducting marketing research with a focus on trends and planning promotional strategies
• Developing casting plans utilizing various social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Managing influencer and talent casting
• Planning and analyzing creative content
• Overseeing project progress, budget management, and quality control
• Conducting orientations, coordination, and production follow-up with creators
• Reporting on implemented strategies

Requirements

• Experience in planning and casting in advertising agencies or social media marketing companies
• Experience in casting as a marketing manager for a proprietary brand
• Experience in sales or management at an entertainment agency

Nice to Have

• Management experience
• Language skills (opportunities to utilize English, Korean, Chinese, etc.)
