About the Position
We are seeking a Casting Manager (キャスティングマネージャー) for our Marketing Solutions team to manage influencer and talent casting for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Trend-aware marketing research and promotion plan development
- Casting plan development utilizing various SNS (YouTube/Instagram/TikTok, etc.)
- Influencer and talent casting tasks
- Creative planning and analysis
- Overall project progress management, budget management, and quality control
- Orientation, coordination, and production follow-up with creators
- Reporting on initiatives
Requirements
必須条件 (Required)
- Planning and casting experience in advertising agencies or SNS marketing companies
- Experience in casting as a marketing manager for a self-owned brand
- Experience as a sales or manager in an entertainment agency

- Language skills (opportunities to use English, Korean, Chinese, etc.)
