About the Position

An international iGaming holding is looking for a dynamic CEO to lead B2C operations in CIS and EU. You’ll drive growth, scale business operations, and unite teams around shared goals and high standards.
Responsibilities
- Set and execute ambitious growth strategy across CIS & EU
- Lead cross-functional teams, inspire and align them with business goals
- Build scalable processes and ensure operational efficiency
- Drive revenue and monitor KPIs to hit ambitious targets
- Shape the company’s presence in key markets and strengthen relationships with partners
Requirements
- 4+ years in leadership, in Country head/COO/CEO positions in iGaming B2C
- Strong track record of expanding CIS & EU markets
- Deep understanding of local regulations, player behavior, and market trends
- P&L ownership, strategic planning, and operational excellence
- Fluent in English and Russian/Ukrainian
