About the Position
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead and structure the sales department of a fast-growing B2B payments provider. The ideal candidate has a strong background in PSPs (Payment Service Providers) and a proven ability to build and optimize sales teams. This role is crucial in developing a clear commercial strategy, creating a sales roadmap, and optimizing sales processes to drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement a scalable commercial strategy
- Audit current sales operations and drive improvements
- Build a high-performing sales roadmap with clear KPIs
- Strengthen the existing sales team with structured processes
- Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and operations
Requirements
- Strong experience in Fintech, particularly with PSPs
- Background in building or restructuring sales teams
- Strategic mindset with focus on execution and results
- Hands-on approach to team management and growth
