About the Position
CEO, Gambling
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced CEO for Gambling with 2+ years of experience in iGaming to lead our company in Europe and Tier-3 markets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a long-term growth strategy
- Lead the strategic development and scaling of the online casino product
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities in Tier 3 markets
- Oversee P&L management and track key business KPIs
- Build and lead a high-performing leadership team
- Establish and maintain relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and regulators
- Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and industry innovations
- Drive product innovation and continuous improvement to enhance user engagement
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a CEO in iGaming
- Proven success in launching and scaling startups
- Strong expertise in Tier 3 markets
