About the Position

CFO Corytech

Join Corytech as our Chief Financial Officer and help build a new-level financial function. Remote work.

Corytech is an international fintech company that creates modern payment solutions and works with international markets. We are actively scaling our business, opening new opportunities, and improving internal processes. We are currently looking for a Chief Financial Officer who will become a strategic partner to the CEO and help build a financial function of a new level.

Responsibilities

• Formation and implementation of the company's financial strategy.
• Management of financial flows, liquidity, and budgeting.
• Building financial models, forecasting, and business development planning.
• Analysis of financial indicators, preparation of management reports, and recommendations for the CEO.
• Evaluation of investment projects, calculation of their economic efficiency, and participation in strategic business decision-making.
• Management of financial risks and development of mechanisms for their minimization.
• Control of cash flow, profitability, and financial stability of the company.
• Organization, development, and management of the financial department and accounting.
• Control of tax planning and fulfillment of financial obligations.
• Automation of financial processes, implementation of modern financial management approaches, and optimization of internal processes.
• Ensuring transparent financial analytics for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a CFO or in a similar senior financial role in Fintech.
• Successful experience in building financial processes, budgeting, and financial planning.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and investment analysis.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to see finance as a tool for business development.
• Ability to work with large datasets and make decisions based on them.
• Experience in building management reports for management and business owners.
• Experience with 1C or ERP systems based on it.
• Strong leadership skills and successful experience in managing a team.
• Experience with international companies, payment systems, or licensed financial institutions is a plus.
