Chargé de clientèle - Bilingue Italien - CDI

Location: Saint-Denis, France

Responsibilities

• Handle complex sales-related inquiries.
• Retain "member users" by providing relevant and personalized responses.
• Find the most suitable solutions for member requests by working closely with internal departments and partner brands.
• Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma.
• Experience in customer relations, ideally in complaint management, which has developed a real sense of service and customer satisfaction.
• Proactive in problem-solving and possessing a real ability to arbitrate and make decisions.
• Rigorous, with excellent writing skills, perfect command of spelling, and comfortable with telephone contact.
• Bilingual in Italian and comfortable with English.
• Native level of Italian.
