📄 Job Description

As part of a team of Supplier Developers, your main objective will be to ensure the operational feasibility of our partnerships: making all sales opportunities logistically possible!

In close collaboration with the Sourcing and Operations teams, you will intervene upstream to negotiate and secure the best logistical conditions with partner brands to ensure the success of upcoming sales.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for service and cost improvement
• Support the team in negotiations with suppliers (lean operations, performance improvement, penalties...)
• Assist in the integration of new suppliers: present our logistical requirements, our end-to-end process, understand their supply chain operation
• Monitor KPIs and identify impacts
• Follow up with brands that do not respect our contractual agreements and define an action plan with them
• Monitor the implementation of these action plans
• Track penalties by brand
• Build and manage relevant reporting and conduct ad hoc analyses
• Organize meetings and prepare materials for brands and other Veepee teams
• Lead new projects related to brand supply chain (ID pallet, packaging, etc.)

👉 Required Skills

• At least three years of experience, ideally in supply chain, logistics, or commerce.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to adapt your communication to each interlocutor.
• Experienced negotiator, driven by the desire to contribute to collective success.
• Naturally oriented towards problem-solving.
• Recognized for your analytical skills and synthesis ability.
• Proficient in Excel and presentation tools.
• Bilingual or fully fluent in French and English.
