About the Position
Chef de Projet Senior – Engineering 4.0 / PLM

ASTORM GROUP, a leading company, is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Engineering 4.0 / PLM to support a major player in digital transformation and modernization of their Engineering environment.
The consultant will work on several complex application projects, particularly around PLM, PDM, Engineering, and new digital solutions. Occasional travel within France and internationally may be required.
Responsibilities

Project Management:
- Lead application projects from start to finish, including scope definition, planning, and production deployment.
- Structure project phases and define action plans.
- Organize and oversee technical specifications.
- Manage costs, deadlines, quality, risks, and resources.
- Establish governance, methods, monitoring tools, and KPIs.
- Build and track schedules and commitments.
- Coordinate business, IT, technical teams, suppliers, and partners.
- Produce progress reports and dashboards.
- Prepare and lead project steering committees and instances.
- Supervise and validate deliverables.
- Organize testing and acceptance phases.
- Monitor production deployments and follow-ups.
- Manage issue resolution.

Environment:
- Projects will be conducted in an Engineering 4.0 / PLM / PDM environment, including:
- PTC Windchill
- Smarteam
- Aras Innovator
- CATIA V5
- IBM Jazz DOORS
- While expertise in all these tools is not required, the consultant must be comfortable working in a complex Engineering application environment.

Requirements
- Mandatory:
- Senior IT / Application Project Manager with solid experience in managing complex projects.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Significant experience in application project management.
- Strong proficiency in managing costs, deadlines, quality, risks, and resources.
- Experience in application transformation, migration, upgrade, or deployment.
- Ability to manage projects from start to finish.
- Experience in Agile environments and V-Cycle.
- Experience in an international context.
- Fluent professional English (written and spoken).
- Knowledge of Engineering / PLM / PDM environments is a plus.
- Familiarity with Windchill, Smarteam, Aras, CATIA, or DOORS is appreciated.
