Chef de projet technique F/H

About the Position

Alter Way, a subsidiary of Smile Group, is expanding its team of technical project managers/operational account managers. We are looking for a Chef de projet technique F/H to lead cloud and DevOps projects, ensuring excellence and innovation in open-source technologies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the operational maintenance of projects, supporting technical teams.
• Direct the implementation of new solutions, validated by the client, through your expertise.
• Manage a team of 3 to 6 Linux and public cloud system engineers (H/F).
• Manage client projects, from pre-sales to exploitation.
• Manage project governance, organize and lead all meetings, workshops, and committees (COPIL, COTECH…) based on KPIs and other reports.
• Support change management.

Requirements

• Rigor, diplomacy, versatility, and good communication skills.
• Mastery of the subjects and challenges of hosting and managed services for web platforms on open-source technologies, from a technical or functional perspective.
• Passion for adding value to the projects you work on.
• Ability to challenge your team and support them in their daily lives.

Salary

40-55K EUR per year depending on experience in managed services.
