About the Position
APERCON is hiring a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to build and scale the full commercial function for a fast-growing, high-quality B2B game provider. This role is remote and based in Europe.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead the end-to-end commercial function (Sales, Business Development, Account Management)
- Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy aligned with company growth targets
- Organize and scale distribution of video content (games for casino operators) across global markets
- Establish and manage direct sales to B2C operators
- Lead integrations with top-tier platforms and aggregators
- Drive cross-market expansion across Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 geographies
- Build, hire, and structure high-performing commercial teams
- Implement account management processes to maximize client retention and revenue growth
- Contribute to marketing strategy and go-to-market execution
- Own and deliver commercial KPIs: revenue growth, GGR scaling, client acquisition
- Ensure performance delivery in line with current P&L objectives
Requirements
- 5+ years in Head / Chief-level commercial roles within game providers or game aggregators
- Proven track record in building commercial functions from scratch or scaling existing ones
- Deep expertise in B2B sales within iGaming / digital gaming ecosystems
- Strong understanding of content distribution, platform integrations, and aggregator partnerships
- Experience operating across Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3 markets
- Advanced English proficiency (C1+ required)
- Europe-based candidates preferred
