Chief Executive Officer

Mission

Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the company’s vision, mission, and long-term strategy to achieve growth and profitability goals.
- Operational Oversight: Oversee all aspects of production and business operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and efficient processes.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and expansion initiatives.
- Financial Management: Develop and manage annual budgets, oversee financial performance, and ensure the company meets revenue and profitability targets.
- Team Leadership: Build, inspire, and mentor a high-performing executive team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Innovation & Improvement: Champion initiatives to optimize production efficiency, introduce new technologies, and improve overall operational performance.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with customers, suppliers, investors, and regulatory bodies to support business objectives and long-term growth.
- Cultural Stewardship: Respect and integrate Georgian cultural values and traditions while promoting diversity, inclusion, and global best practices.
Requirements
- Proven Executive Experience: Demonstrated success as a CEO, Managing Director, or senior executive in manufacturing or related industries.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to set and execute long-term strategies to drive growth, innovation, and market leadership.
- Operational Expertise: Deep understanding of production operations, supply chain management, and quality assurance in a manufacturing environment.
- Financial Acumen: Strong background in financial planning, budgeting, and P&L management.
- Leadership & Communication: Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills to engage effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Cultural Sensitivity: Familiarity with Georgian culture, business practices, and the ability to build trust and relationships across cultural contexts.
