About the Position
We are seeking a strategic Chief Financial Officer with experience in iGaming/gambling/fintech/high-risk operations to lead our FinTech partner! This role is remote and based in Europe.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of building and developing the company’s financial function at a strategic level.
- Manage cash flow, financial control, banking infrastructure, management reporting, and tax compliance.
- Support the company’s international growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a CFO / Deputy CFO / Head of Finance / Finance Director in fintech, payments, e-commerce, crypto, PSP, EMI, MSB, or high-risk environments.
- Proven experience building a financial function in a fast-growing company or international group.
- Strong expertise in management reporting, budgeting, financial analysis, cash flow management, and financial modeling.
- Hands-on experience working with international banks, payment providers, compliance procedures, account opening, and managing banking relationships.
- Understanding of cross-border payments, FX, liquidity, settlements, client flows, and high-risk business models.
- Experience working with international projects and multiple jurisdictions.
- Experience interacting with shareholders, investors, auditors, and external consultants.
- Experience in financial automation and implementation of financial controls is a strong advantage.
