About the Position
We're looking for a Chief-level Oracle ERP specialist with a focus on NetSuite revenue recognition to guide strategy and deliver hands-on work across order-to-cash and advanced revenue processes. Responsibilities
- Direct revenue recognition solution strategy, prioritizing native NetSuite capabilities
- Take ownership of architecture and design choices for NetSuite OTC and ARM workflows and data structures
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and turn challenges into clear, actionable guidance
- Create functional specifications and design documentation consistent with delivery standards
- Develop demo code and production-ready solutions leveraging SuiteScript, RESTlets, and NetSuite internals
- Establish unit tests and verification procedures to guarantee quality and standards compliance
- Deliver post-production support for NetSuite ERP functions, with a focus on revenue recognition
- Collaborate with developers, QA, and analysts to achieve full SDLC outcomes
- Assess and enhance item catalog structures, record schemas, and operational processes tied to revenue recognition
- Perform hands-on troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for revenue recognition and OTC challenges
- Ensure daily availability from 8am ET to 5pm ET and work independently as a self-starter
Requirements
- 7+ years working with Oracle ERP and NetSuite, with strong revenue recognition delivery experience
- 2+ years in a leadership capacity directing solution strategy and technical standards
- Solid project planning capability for full-cycle delivery with remote teams
- Expert-level knowledge of NetSuite Order to Cash (OTC), including item catalog and record structures
- Advanced expertise in NetSuite ARM and revenue recognition configuration
- Strong command of SuiteScript, including RESTlets and internal NetSuite mechanics
- Solid understanding of SDLC stages-requirements, design, implementation, verification, and support
- Strong ability to document functional specifications and design artifacts
- Excellent communication skills for conducting stakeholder interviews and delivering recommendations
- Strong collaboration skills for working alongside developers, QA, and analysts in shared delivery settings
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 level)

- NetSuite certifications in development and revenue recognition
- Proficiency with Atlassian Jira for tracking delivery and triaging issues
- Proficiency with Atlassian Confluence for documenting requirements and designs
- Proficiency with GitHub for version control and code review processes
- Expertise in software development methodologies for consistent SDLC execution
