About the Position
We are seeking a Product Manager to help shape and deliver mobile retail experiences by balancing user needs, data, and technical constraints. You will partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define priorities, validate ideas, and drive outcomes. Apply to help turn insights into measurable product value.
Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the product backlog to align with goals, scope, and timelines
- Act as Product Owner or Proxy Product Owner alongside a client-side Product Manager or Product Owner
- Elicit and document requirements to guide design and development decisions
- Coordinate with a cross-functional team and third-party vendors to deliver product increments
- Validate product ideas using MVPs, experiments, and A/B testing
- Analyze product metrics to inform trade-offs and optimize outcomes
- Incorporate stakeholder feedback to refine features and improve user experience
- Adapt plans to shifting requirements and resource constraints to meet milestones
- Lead user, UX, and market research to identify opportunities and support product strategy
Requirements
- 2+ years of product management experience with mobile applications
- 2+ years of experience validating product ideas using MVPs and A/B testing
- Strong stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams and vendors
- Product ownership experience acting as Product Owner or Proxy Product Owner
- Strong analytical skills with metrics-driven decision making
- Strong communication skills to translate user needs into clear requirements
- Advanced English proficiency (C1, Advanced)
- Ability to balance user needs with technical constraints in delivery decisions
Nice to Have
- Product visioning skills to define outcomes, hypotheses, and roadmaps
- Product design collaboration skills to shape user-centered solutions
- UX research qualitative methods experience (interviews, usability testing)
- UX research quantitative methods experience (surveys, behavioral analysis)
