About the Position

Zeeks is an international IT company with Ukrainian roots, known for delivering high-performance affiliate marketing services in complex, highly competitive niches. Over the past 13 years, we’ve built a business with deep expertise, strong resources, and a stable position in the global market.

Today, we are entering a new stage - building a portfolio of our own products in the iGaming niche, focused on Tier-1 markets with high quality standards. Our products serve a service and infrastructure function, similar to how Booking develops products for the hospitality sector.

We are now looking for a Chief Product Officer who can complement the CEO’s vision and transform the company’s potential into a scalable, data-driven product business with a valuation of a billion - or more.

This is a rare opportunity to fully apply your experience and ambition: to build products from the ground up with the full support and resources of a company that has already secured its place “under the sun.”

Responsibilities

• Implementation of a strong product culture across the company, including the ability and desire to build products and teams.
• Developing strategy for multiple products simultaneously and driving its execution.
• Building solutions for demanding Tier-1 markets.
• Transforming the vision into concrete concepts, roadmaps, stages, and expected metrics.
• Establishing a strong product vertical capable of managing the full product lifecycle.
• Implementing transparent, systematic processes and increasing development speed.
• Organizing the product research process and rapid hypothesis validation.
• Using deep analytics for decision-making.
• Ensuring that product usefulness and quality become the key KPIs for the CPO.
• Maintaining alignment and synchronization between products and business needs.
• Deep understanding of agile product processes.
• Understanding the synergy and interdependence between product and technology strategies.
• Mentoring and developing the team.

Requirements

Professional Experience

• 7+ years in product management, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Experience managing a portfolio of products or large-scale product initiatives.
• Proven success in launching new products or relaunching existing ones.
• Background in B2B2C or other competitive, fast-growing markets.
• Experience with e-commerce, social platforms, or multi-user platforms.
• Knowledge of or interest in iGaming is a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of UX, growth mechanics, and monetization in B2B2C ecosystems (platforms, e-commerce, etc.).
• English - B2+.
