About the Position
We are seeking a Chief Specialist for the Contractual and Legal Department of the International Cooperation Division at the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. This role involves developing and coordinating draft international treaties, providing advisory and methodological assistance, and ensuring the consideration of appeals and requests related to international cooperation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and coordinate draft international treaties and international documents.
- Prepare proposals for draft international treaties and draft laws.
- Implement internal procedures necessary for the entry into force of international treaties.
- Develop draft legislative and regulatory acts.
- Examine and develop documents on international cooperation.
- Provide advisory and methodological assistance on international cooperation.
- Ensure the consideration of appeals and requests related to international cooperation.
Requirements
- Education: Higher education with a degree not lower than a bachelor's or junior bachelor's.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in the state language and proficiency in English and/or French at a level not lower than B2 according to the European Guidelines on Language Education.
We Offer
- Official salary: UAH 10,600.
- Allowances, surcharges, bonuses, and compensation in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Civil Service”.
- Increase to the official salary for the rank of civil servant in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 18, 2017 No. 15.
