About the Position

Chief Specialist of the Department for Policy Coordination in the Field of Countering Hybrid Threats

Responsibilities

• Monitors, analyzes, and evaluates hybrid threats to the national security of the country.
• Participates in the development of draft legislative and regulatory acts necessary to ensure effective counteraction to hybrid threats.
• Studies experience in countering hybrid threats at national, regional, and local levels.
• Prepares analytical and information materials in cooperation with international experts.
• Analyzes international regulatory documents for their possible implementation in Ukraine.
• Prepares proposals on the procedure for applying legislation on hybrid threats and the development of the system of strategic communications.

Requirements

• Education: Higher education by educational degree not lower than bachelor, junior bachelor.
• Work experience: Does not need.
• Proficiency in the state language: Fluency in the state language.
• Professional knowledge:
  • Knowledge of legislation: Constitution of Ukraine, The Law of Ukraine “On Civil Service”, Law of Ukraine “On Prevention of Corruption” and other legislation.
  • Knowledge of legislation in the field: The Law of Ukraine “On the National Police”, The Law of Ukraine “On the National Guard of Ukraine”, The Law of Ukraine “On the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine”, The Law of Ukraine “On the National Security of Ukraine”, The Law of Ukraine “On the Appeal of Citizens”.
  • Knowledge of information protection system in the field of combating hybrid threats: Components of information security policy, Ensuring the functioning of a comprehensive information protection system.

We Offer

• Salary: UAH 10,600 per month.
• Allowances, surcharges, bonuses, and compensation: In accordance with Article 52 of the Law of Ukraine “On Civil Service”.
• Increase to the official salary: For the rank of civil servant in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 18, 2017 No. 15 “The issue of remuneration of employees of state bodies” (as amended).
