About the Position
The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine announces a tender for the position of public service of category “B” of the Directorate of Strategic Planning and European Integration. The role is for the Chief Specialist of the Department for Policy Coordination in the Field of Countering Hybrid Threats.
Responsibilities
- Monitors, analyzes, and evaluates hybrid threats to the national security of the country.
- Participates in the preparation of relevant proposals.
- Prepares analytical and information materials in cooperation with international experts.
- Analyzes international regulatory documents for their possible implementation in Ukraine.
- Develops draft state target programs and long-term plans aimed at countering hybrid threats.
Requirements
- Education: Higher education by educational degree not lower than bachelor, junior bachelor.
- Work experience: Not required.
- Proficiency in the state language: Fluency in Ukrainian.
- Skills:
- Knowledge of legislation
- Knowledge of information protection system in the field of combating hybrid threats
- Conceptual and innovative thinking
- Effective coordination with others
- Self-organization and autonomy in work
- Qualitative performance of tasks

- Salary: UAH 10,600 per month.
