About the Position

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine announces a closed competition for the position of public service category “B” - the chief specialist of the Department. Order dated 09.04.2021 № 253 On the announcement of a closed tender for the position of public service of category “B” of the Department.

Responsibilities

• Performs work in accordance with the current legislation, orders, instructions, and administrative documents of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, regulatory and legal acts.
• Develops and submits for approval the draft administrative, technical, operational, and other necessary documents.
• Conducts work with limited access on objects of information activity (OID).
• Creates and implements technical information protection complexes (CTZI) on OID, carrying out certification of CTZs and registration of acts of attestation of these complexes in the State Service of Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine.
• Coordinates work on the design and development of complex information protection systems (CSI) in AS.
• Organizes and ensures measures for the protection of state secrets within the competence of the department.
• Analyzes and summarizes the results of the effectiveness of public policy by direction of activity.
• Conducts installation work on the OID apparatus of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
• Carries out search activities for OID.
• Controls the integrity of the equipment installed on the OID of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and carries out their prompt recovery after failures, failures, accidents, provides methodical assistance to the units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on these issues.
• Participates in measures to ensure compliance with the secrecy regime during meetings, negotiations with the participation of the leadership of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, including with foreigners.
• Carries out, within the competence, control and inspection work on the state of technical protection of information in the apparatus of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, territorial bodies for the provision of service services, institutions, institutions, and enterprises belonging to the sphere of management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Requirements

• Education: Higher education with an educational degree not lower than bachelor, junior bachelor.
• Work experience: Not required.
• Proficiency in the state language: Fluency in the state language.

Salary

• Official salary: UAH 10,600
• Allowances, surcharges, bonuses, and compensation in accordance with Article 52 of the Law of Ukraine “On Civil Service”
• Increase to the official salary for the rank of civil servant in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 18, 2017 No. 15 “The issue of remuneration of employees of state bodies” (as amended)
