About the Position

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine announces a tender for the position of public service category “B” of the chief specialist of the department of medical and preventive care of the Department of Health and Rehabilitation.

Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of June 24, 2021 No. 476 was approved

Responsibilities

• Compiles and summarizes the quarterly and annual reports of health institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on financial and economic activities.
• Prepares generalized proposals for the allocation and distribution of appropriations for the capital construction of health facilities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
• Ensures interaction between the structural units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, central executive bodies, legal entities, and individuals on matters falling within the competence of the department.
• Participates in the development of draft regulations, organizational and methodological materials in accordance with legislative and regulatory acts of Ukraine.
• Collects and summarizes data, operational information on issues within the competence of the department.
• Participates in civil defense activities on matters falling within its competence.

Requirements

• Education: Higher education with an educational degree not lower than bachelor, junior bachelor.
• Work experience: Not required.
• Proficiency in the state language: Fluency in the state language.

• Self-organization and autonomy in work: The ability to independently organize their activities and time, to prioritize the performance of tasks, to establish the order of their implementation; the ability to independently make decisions and perform tasks in the process of professional activity.
• Communication and interaction: The ability to interact effectively - to listen, to perceive, and to express an opinion; the ability to convince others through arguments and consistent communication.
• Qualitative performance of tasks: Clear and accurate formulation of the purpose, goals, and objectives of official activity; understanding the content of the task and its final results, independent determination of possible ways to achieve.

Professional Knowledge

• Knowledge of legislation: Constitution of Ukraine; Law of Ukraine “On Civil Service”; Law of Ukraine “On Prevention of Corruption” and other legislation.
• Knowledge of legislation in the field: The Law of Ukraine “On the Appeal of Citizens”; The Law of Ukraine “On Central Executive Bodies”; The Law of Ukraine “Fundamentals of the Legislation of Ukraine on Health Care”; Law of Ukraine “On Access to Public Information”.

Salary

• Official salary: UAH 10,600
• Allowances, surcharges, bonuses, and compensation in accordance with Article 52 of the Law of Ukraine “On Civil Service”.

• Application deadline: Information is accepted until 18:00 on June 30, 2021.

  1. Application for participation in the competition indicating the main reasons for holding the position.
  2. A summary in the form in accordance with Annex 2 1, which includes:
     • Surname, first name, patronymic of the candidate.
     • Details of the document certifying the identity and confirming the citizenship of Ukraine.
     • Confirmation of the availability of an appropriate degree of higher education.
     • Confirmation of the level of fluency in the state language.
     • Information about work experience, civil service experience (if available), work experience in relevant positions in the relevant field defined in the competition, and in managerial positions (if applicable).
  3. A statement informing that it is not subject to the prohibitions specified in the third or fourth part of Article 1 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Purge of Power”, and gives consent to the inspection and to the disclosure of information about it in accordance with the said Law.
