About the Position

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine announces a tender for the position of public service of category “B” of the Department of Financial and Accounting Policy. Order of 30.06.2021 № 487 On the announcement of the position of public service of category “B” of the Department of Financial and Accounting Policy.

Position: Chief Specialist of the Department of Methodology of the Budgetary Process Management of the Formation and Implementation of Accounting Policy

Location: Kyiv, Ukraine

Salary: UAH 10,600

Responsibilities

• Provides methodological assistance to subordinate units on accounting and application of regulations.
• Processes inquiries and prepares answers on the application of regulatory legal acts on accounting.
• Prepares requests to the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, the State Treasury Service of Ukraine, other public authorities.
• Participates in the preparation and development of draft orders, other normative, methodological, and instructional documents on the organization and maintenance of accounting for subordinate units.
• Considers and prepares draft responses to letters, requests, and appeals of people's deputies of Ukraine, central executive bodies, local self-government bodies, legal entities, and individuals on issues related to accounting methodology.
• Ensures the safety of documents, their execution in accordance with the established procedure for transfer to the archive.

Requirements

• Education: Higher education with an educational degree not lower than Bachelor, Junior Bachelor in Economics and Entrepreneurship Knowledge.
• Work Experience: Not required.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in the state language (Ukrainian).
• Skills: Accounting, Regulatory Compliance, Methodological Assistance, Document Preparation, Professional Knowledge.
