About the Position
The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine announces a tender for the position of public service category “B” - Chief Specialist of the Department of Multilateral Cooperation of the Department of International Cooperation.

holding a tender for the position of public service of category “B” - Chief Specialist of the Department of Multilateral Cooperation of the Department of International Cooperation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine
Responsibilities
- Participates in the development of draft internal regulatory documents necessary for the organization of the Ministry's implementation of the mandates of the highest state authorities on the protection of the financial interests of the European Union.
- Ensures communication with the European Agency for the Prevention of Abuse and Fraud (OLAF), the European Commission, and the European Court of Justice auditors on the implementation of Section VI of the Association Agreement and its Annexes.
- Prepares proposals and reference and information materials for the management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Department for International Cooperation (DMS) on the activities of the department in accordance with the competence.
- Ensures the generalization of information on possible violations during the use of financial assistance received from the European Union in Ukraine and its full transfer to the competent authorities of Ukraine and the EU.
- Provides translation from foreign languages and into foreign languages of documents received by the SMS, necessary for the organization of international cooperation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in a multilateral format, in particular cooperation with international organizations.
- Ensures the preparation and generalization of materials for the annual report of Ukraine on the measures taken in connection with the disclosure of the facts of fraud using EU funds.
- Ensures the development and elaboration of draft legislative and other regulatory acts on issues within the competence of the department.
- Carries out organizational, informational, and logistical support for the activities of the Interdepartmental Coordination Council on Counteracting Violations that Affect the Financial Interests of Ukraine and the EU.
- Carries out consideration of citizens' appeals and requests for public information on issues within the competence of the department.
- Participates in the work of separate expert and working groups on issues within the competence of the department.
- Participates in the provision of advisory and legal assistance to structural units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs apparatus, territorial bodies, institutions, institutions, and enterprises belonging to the sphere of management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, on cooperation with international organizations and protection of the financial interests of the European Union falling within the competence of the department.
Requirements
- Education: Higher education with an educational degree not lower than bachelor, junior bachelor.
- Work experience: Not required.
- Proficiency in the state language: Fluency in Ukrainian.
- Proficiency in a foreign language: Proficiency in English and/or French at a level not lower than B2 according to the European Guidelines on Language Education.

- Official salary - UAH 10,600
- Allowances, surcharges, bonuses, and compensation in accordance with Article 52 of the Law of Ukraine “On Civil Service”
- Increase to the official salary for the rank of civil servant in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 18, 2017 No. 15 “The issue of remuneration of employees of state bodies” (as amended)
