About the Position
Announcement of a second competition for the position of public service category “B” - Office of Human Rights Monitoring
Order of 26.04.2021 № 308 On the announcement of the competition for the position of public service of category “B” of the Human Rights Monitoring Department
Responsibilities
- Develop documents on the field of activities on the observance of the rights of the child, the prevention of domestic violence, and the fight against trafficking in human beings.
- Participate in the analysis of the causes and conditions leading to violations of human and citizen rights in the activities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the National Guard of Ukraine, and the Central Intelligence Agency.
- Process requests, appeals of people's deputies of Ukraine, appeals of citizens, and other documents that come to the Office of State Authorities, other institutions, and organizations on issues related to the areas of activity of the sector.
- Participate in the development of draft regulatory acts relating to the activities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the National Guard of Ukraine, and the CEV.
- Prepare analytical materials within the competence of the sector.
- Comply with the rules of internal labor regulations, official and executive discipline, the rules of clerical work, and preservation of documents.
- Perform duties in accordance with their distribution, comply with the requirements of the provisions of labor protection, fire safety, and other protection and safety measures.
Requirements
- Education: Higher education with an educational degree not lower than bachelor, junior bachelor.
- Work experience: Not required.
- Proficiency in the state language: Fluency in the state language.
We Offer
- Official salary: UAH 10,600 per month.
- Allowances, surcharges, bonuses, and compensation in accordance with Article 52 of the Law of Ukraine “On Civil Service”.
- Increase to the official salary for the rank of civil servant in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 18, 2017 No. 15 “The issue of remuneration of employees of state bodies” (as amended).
