Christmas Temp - Donor Care Assistant

About the Position

Our client, a well-known charitable organization, is seeking a Christmas Temp - Donor Care Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis over the busy Christmas period. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong administrator with customer service experience to support donor engagement activities while making a positive impact.

Working Hours:

• Monday - Thursday: 9-5
• Friday: 9-4

Hourly Rate:

€17 per hour

Responsibilities

• Acting as the first point of contact for donors and supporters via phone, email, and post.
• Processing donations, direct debits, recurring gifts, and supporter enquiries.
• Maintaining accurate donor records on the CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics).
• Assisting with donor acknowledgements, thank you letters, and email communications.
• Performing data cleansing, record updates, and general administrative duties.
• Supporting financial administration, reporting, and reconciliation processes.
• Managing inbox queries and ensuring excellent donor care at all times.

Requirements

• Previous administration and customer service experience.
• Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel and Mail Merge.
• Experience using CRM/database systems.
• Excellent communication skills with a professional and friendly phone manner.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and learn new processes quickly.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, GDPR, or financial administration.
