Location: Bogota based, remote after successful completion of the trial period

What’s This Opportunity About?
As a Claims Specialist, you’ll process and review healthcare insurance claims, track discrepancies, and cooperate closely with providers and insurance companies to ensure everything is handled smoothly. If you love diving into details, solving puzzles, and making sure things are done right, this is for you!
Responsibilities
- Reviewing and processing healthcare insurance claims to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Investigating discrepancies and claim denials, cooperating with providers and insurance companies to resolve issues.
- Keeping detailed records of all claim activities, including payments, follow-ups, and communications.
- Handling denied claims, identifying causes, and assisting with resubmissions or appeals.
- Generating reports on claims status and trends to help improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinating with U.S.-based healthcare teams to streamline claim processes.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills – you’re great at spotting patterns and solving problems.
- Sharp attention to detail – accuracy matters when handling claims.
- Clear and professional English communication (B2+ level).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with healthcare claims, billing, or insurance processes is a plus.
- Flexibility to align with U.S. time zones.
