Client Account Manager

About the Position

Join UBS as a Client Account Manager in Taiwan, where you'll support client advisors and manage client accounts with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support client advisors in delivering exceptional client service and experience
• Be point-of-entry contact for clients with account queries or transaction orders, payments, etc.
• Assist with account opening, onboarding, due diligence, and monitoring activities
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure that all client accounts comply with legal, compliance, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Financial services experience, ideally within a client-facing team for at least 3-5 years
• Unyielding attention to detail, even when under pressure
• Team player that remains calm while managing conflicting priorities
• Works with absolute discretion, tactfulness, and adaptability to changing demands
• Fluent in Mandarin and English to support the local client base
• Banking licenses are required (e.g., Trust, derivatives, etc.)
