Registered Client Associate

About the Position

We are looking for a Registered Client Associate to join our team in Northbrook, Illinois. This role is integral to our Global Wealth Management division, focusing on client advisory and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Assist financial advisors in client conversations, providing analytic information and aiming to understand the client’s goals
• Provide support for client relationship building and business development activities
• Keep systems up-to-date with client information
• Educate clients on account services and capabilities
• Help with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings
• Collect the right documentation for opening new accounts and service requests

Requirements

• Series 7 and 66 licenses
• Ideally 5+ years of experience in client service, within the finance sector
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
• Excellent communicator, with top-notch interpersonal skills
• Analytical and logical
• Team player

• Competitive salary range: min USD 65,000 - max USD 85,000 /annum
