Client Account Manager (Advertising)

About the Position

As a Client Account Manager (Advertising), you'll be the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for our clients, leading campaigns from strategy through execution while collaborating closely with internal teams. You'll ensure projects are delivered seamlessly, identify opportunities to grow client accounts, and provide strategic recommendations that help clients achieve their business objectives. Your mission is to create exceptional client experiences, deliver measurable results, and build lasting partnerships that drive success for both our clients and our business.

Responsibilities

• Client Servicing & Account Management: Manage client relationships and ensure seamless project delivery.
• Campaign Planning & Coordination: Lead campaigns from strategy through execution.
• Project & Delivery Management: Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Strategic Planning & Market Awareness: Provide strategic recommendations to clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or digital marketing (experience in Influencer Marketing/social media is a plus).
• Exceptional communicator - clear, confident, and able to engage both clients and internal teams effectively.
• Relationship-driven, with a natural ability to build rapport and manage expectations professionally.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills, staying calm under pressure and proactively addressing potential issues.
• Team player who can coordinate efficiently across multiple stakeholders.
• Comfortable understanding campaign KPIs, social/influencer dynamics, and basic analytics.
• Proactive mindset, always seeking opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in Malay or Chinese is a plus.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace and project management platforms would be an advantage.
