About the Position
We are seeking a Client Solutions Manager to develop and maintain relationships with key clients in our Seattle office. This role reports to the Vice President of Client Solutions and requires excellent communication and people skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and solve problems.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop relationships with assigned clients, as well as identifying new business opportunities with them.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and objectives, and provide ExampleCorp solutions that address those needs.
- Ensure that clients are satisfied with ExampleCorp products and services, and work to resolve any issues that may arise.
- Develop and implement account plans for assigned clients, and monitor progress against those plans.
- Prepare proposals and presentations for potential and existing clients, as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on ExampleCorp products and services, as well as industry trends, and share this information with clients.
- Work with other ExampleCorp departments to ensure that clients’ needs are being met.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience.
- Proven track record in achieving results in a fast-paced and matrix environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
- Effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
