About the Position

Cloud Architect, Kyiv

What is important for us when choosing a candidate:

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform, Amazon, or Microsoft Azure;
• English proficiency at the Upper-Intermediate level;
• Experience working as a technical sales engineer in the cloud computing environment or equivalent client-facing experience;
• Possession of Google certifications: Professional Cloud Architect, Professional Data Engineer, Professional Cloud Developer is a plus;
• Higher technical education in the field of computer science or equivalent practical experience;
• Knowledge of Python or Java.

Responsibilities

• Development of solution architecture, creation of project documentation and technical tasks;
• Definition and agreement of technical requirements for the customer's solution;
• Management of cloud infrastructure, optimization of its operation, and ensuring the reliability of the solution;
• Migration of infrastructure to the GCP cloud from on-premises or cloud infrastructure;
• Preparation of proposals for clients, support of the sales process for Google Cloud Platform products and solutions;
• Participation in the defense of projects and technical solutions before customers;
• Work with Google Cloud Platform products, conducting demonstrations and testing for clients, providing technical support;
• Preparation of presentations, participation in marketing events, conducting webinars on Google Cloud Platform products to promote products in the market;
• Work with Google Cloud (Compute Engine, Cloud SQL, Cloud Storage, Kubernetes Engine, etc.) – conducting demonstrations and testing for clients.
