About the Position

Cloud Operations Engineer (Pilsen)

As a key member of our cloud operations team, you will be responsible for the operational excellence of our cloud solution and GK infrastructure. Your role will involve monitoring and optimizing systems using SQL queries and advanced monitoring tools, resolving complex issues accurately and quickly, automating processes, and implementing solutions tailored to customer requirements. You will work closely with our development and support teams to provide seamless services.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the operational excellence of our cloud solution and GK infrastructure.
• Monitor and optimize systems using SQL queries and advanced monitoring tools.
• Accurately and quickly resolve/eliminate complex issues.
• Automate processes and continuously improve operational workflows.
• Implement solutions tailored to customer requirements.
• Work closely with our development and support teams to provide seamless services.

Requirements

• Several years of experience with cloud infrastructure and operations.
• Practical knowledge of Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm.
• Strong analytical thinking, reliability, and team spirit.
• Fluent English.
• Willingness to participate in a rotating on-call system – with attractive bonuses for shifts.
