📋 About the Role

Buscamos un/a Cloud PaaS & DevOps Engineer para formar parte de un equipo de operaciones cloud, brindando soporte avanzado sobre entornos Azure y AWS. La posición tendrá un rol clave en la administración de servicios PaaS, automatización de infraestructura, soporte de pipelines CI/CD y mejora continua de las plataformas cloud, asegurando altos estándares de disponibilidad, seguridad y cumplimiento.

🚀 Main Challenges

• Brindar soporte L2/L3 para servicios cloud en Azure y AWS.
• Gestionar incidentes, requerimientos, problemas y actividades operativas relacionadas con plataformas cloud.
• Administrar servicios PaaS y asegurar su disponibilidad, rendimiento y escalabilidad.
• Operar y brindar soporte a pipelines de Azure DevOps, procesos de deployment y conexiones de servicio.
• Implementar y mantener soluciones de Infrastructure as Code (IaC) mediante Terraform y Azure DevOps.
• Ejecutar actividades de aprovisionamiento, configuración, mantenimiento y ciclo de vida de recursos cloud.
• Participar en iniciativas de hardening, compliance, auditorías y remediaciones de seguridad.
• Diagnosticar y resolver problemas de conectividad, networking, autenticación y rendimiento.
• Impulsar automatizaciones y mejoras operativas que contribuyan a la eficiencia y optimización de costos.
• Participar en actividades de gestión de cambios, releases, análisis de causa raíz y mejora continua.
• Colaborar con equipos de aplicaciones, seguridad e ingeniería para la resolución de incidentes complejos.

✅ Mandatory Skills

• Administración de Microsoft Azure.
• Administración de AWS.
• Experiencia con servicios PaaS de Azure: Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Key Vault, Azure Redis, Azure Cosmos DB, Azure Application Insights.
• Administración y soporte de Azure DevOps Pipelines.
• Release Management.
• Terraform.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Implementación y soporte de procesos CI/CD.
• Monitoreo y troubleshooting de plataformas cloud.
• Scripting con: PowerShell, Python, Shell Scripting.
• Cloud Security & Compliance.
• Gestión de Incidentes, Cambios y Problemas.
• Experiencia con herramientas ITSM (preferentemente ServiceNow).

⭐ Desirable Skills

• Experiencia en entornos cloud empresariales de gran escala.
• Conocimientos avanzados de automatización operativa.
• Experiencia trabajando en equipos de operaciones o managed services.
• Certificaciones cloud y DevOps relacionadas.

📚 Valued Certifications

• Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104).
• Microsoft Azure DevOps Engineer (AZ-400).
• Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect (AZ-305).
• AWS Solutions Architect – Associate.
• HashiCorp Terraform Associate.

🎓 Required Experience

• 6 o más años de experiencia en Cloud Operations, Cloud Engineering o DevOps.
• Experiencia brindando soporte a plataformas Azure y AWS en entornos productivos.
• Experiencia en resolución de problemas complejos y análisis técnico.
• Experiencia trabajando en esquemas operativos con soporte on-call.
