Cloud Security Specialist

About the Position

Are you ready to join a dynamic team of professionals dedicated to continuous learning and career advancement? At Span Group, a rapidly growing Croatian IT company with over 850 employees, we are looking for a Cloud Security Specialist to be based in Kyiv.

You will work within the Cloud Security Team, focusing on the hands-on implementation and management of security measures, tools, and best practices in the client's cloud environment.

Responsibilities

• Helping customers implement necessary security controls aligned with Microsoft Azure and M365 E5 security services.
• Perform hands-on activities (demos, presentations, PoCs, and PoVs) to support the customer in evaluating native security solutions.
• Be a trusted advisor for the customers to share cloud security knowledge, experience, and best practices.
• Assist account managers in the pre-sales process when needed.
• Troubleshoot technical issues to prove the value of the implementation of security technologies.
• Collaborate with cloud solution architects to help them develop complex end-to-end enterprise solutions with the Microsoft security platform.
• Develop the technical documentation of system configurations and installations.

Requirements

Skills Required

• At least 5 years in the IT field, with a primary focus on Microsoft technologies.
• Proficiency in Windows OS, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Knowledge of the principles of hybrid identification and practical experience with Entra ID integration scenarios.
• Implementing Entra Premium features like Conditional Access, Identity Protection, and Identity Governance.
• Technical experience with Microsoft Security solutions such as Microsoft Defender XDR and Microsoft Sentinel.
• Technical experience with Microsoft Intune.

Nice to Have

• Microsoft Exchange server 2013/2016/2019 and Exchange hybrid integration.
• Active Directory Federation Service.
• Active Directory Rights Management Services.
• Microsoft Defender for Cloud.
• Microsoft Purview.
• Relevant Microsoft Certification (SC-200, SC-300, SC-400, AZ-500).
