Based in our Mostar office, you’ll collaborate with experienced engineers, designers, and product leaders, contributing to both technical excellence and product innovation while shaping the future of retail gaming within Sportradar’s global ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Operate in a manufacturing environment and support daily production activities.
• Assemble electronic components, including soldering and wiring installations within electronic devices.
• Operate and adjust CNC machines, inspect produced parts, and perform routine machine maintenance.
• Plan, prepare, and install electronic components and assemblies according to work instructions, technical documentation, and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with production schedules and efficiency targets.
• Perform visual inspection and basic quality control of finished and semi-finished products.
• Operate hand tools, equipment, and production machinery safely and correctly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in line with health & safety regulations.
• Report deviations, defects, or technical issues to supervisors in a timely manner.
