About the Position
At the moment, for one of our clients, a technology company specializing in delivering solutions for the space sector, we are looking for a Columbus Ground Systems Controller.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring of the ground computer and network systems and related (data, voice, video) services
- Troubleshooting
- Support operations, simulation, and test activities
- Verification and testing of new and modified systems and interfaces (internally and at sites in the USA, Russia, Europe)
- Documentation of activities, configuration changes, and anomalies (activity logs, test reports, anomaly reports)
Requirements
- Tele-Communications and Network Engineering skills (or knowledge)
- Knowledge of Linux and Windows environments
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to understand, prioritize, and filter several audio sources
- Fluent English (German would be an asset)
