About the Position

Commercial Analyst (They/She/He)

Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is seeking a talented and ambitious Commercial Analyst to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This full-time role is integral to our strategy team, focusing on helping commercial teams make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain comprehensive internal reports and dashboards for the commercial team.
• Act as a commercial business partner and advisor on data related to promos and ads.
• Present results in a well-structured, efficient, and clear manner.
• Ensure high data quality standards across internal dashboards.
• Provide recommendations on existing and new metric definitions.
• Monitor daily, weekly, monthly KPIs and landscape to help the commercial teams deliver the country's commercial strategy.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and draw conclusions based on stakeholder requests.
• Standardize processes and reporting for enhanced efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or any related field.
• At least 1 year of experience with SQL (Python is a plus).
• Good usage and knowledge of Google Sheets and Excel.
• Strong proficiency in English and Bulgarian.
• Good presentation skills and ability to work independently and in departmental and cross-departmental projects.
• Business acumen and passion for end-to-end project management.
• Critical reasoning.
• Capability of bridging analytical and communication skills for added-value impact.
• Comfortable in tracking/reporting on KPIs, dashboards.
• Hands-on attitude.
