Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of the monthly promotional calendar for PedidosYa Market, coordinating with the Commercial, Marketing, Operations, Supply, and Finance teams.
• Design and monitor commercial campaigns and growth dynamics to maximize sales, margin, and conversion.
• Manage commercial communication and tools within the platform (banners, campaigns, and promotional spaces) to ensure a consistent experience.
• Analyze business performance through key indicators (sales, margin, conversion, retention) and generate insights to optimize commercial strategies.
• Follow up on strategic initiatives such as loyalty programs, seasonal campaigns, and commercial actions with suppliers, preparing performance reports.

Requirements

• University degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Marketing, Business, or related fields.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in commercial areas, trade marketing, category management, growth, e-commerce, retail, or mass consumption.
• Experience managing promotions, commercial campaigns, pricing, or growth initiatives. Strong analytical capacity and results orientation.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, and data analysis).
• Experience using data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar.
• Intermediate or advanced level of English.
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaborative work skills.
