Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing activities for HAWA / finished goods, including sourcing, supplier selection, and negotiation.
• Develop purchasing strategies and optimize cost, quality, delivery, and supply security.
• Conduct supplier, market, and cost analysis to identify sourcing opportunities.
• Manage supplier relationships and drive supplier performance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Logistics, and other global stakeholders.
• Support digitalization and data-driven purchasing activities.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Economics, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• Experience in commodity / project purchasing, sourcing, or supplier management.
• Strong commercial negotiation and analytical skills.
• Good understanding of market dynamics, cost structures, and purchasing processes.
• Good digital skills, e.g. SAP, Power BI, and Excel.
• Good English skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Proactive, flexible, and able to manage multiple tasks and challenges.
