A leader in dental CAD/CAM, 3Shape is looking for a Commercial Manager – Resellers for France. 3Shape markets a wide range of 3D scanners and CAD/CAM software for dentistry. Our customers include dental laboratories, dentists, and orthodontists.

3Shape is experiencing strong growth in France, and the Commercial Manager will play a key role in realizing the commercial potential of the French digital dentistry market.

Responsibilities

As a Commercial Manager, you will:

• Be the first point of contact for selected partner accounts and manage them day-to-day
• Engage and support the sales forces of our resellers and their commercial performance
• Ensure strong rigor and structured administrative follow-up of accounts to develop sales forecasts and support partner’s questions
• Liaise with our production sites for order management and with our headquarters in Copenhagen to implement commercial strategies
• Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and technical solutions teams to align on commercial priorities
• Coordinate with regional stakeholders to align local needs with global processes
• Gather and synthesize market feedback from partners, local teams, and other stakeholders to support sales forecasts

Prepare clear and structured business materials, including slides and performance overviews, for use in monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews.

Requirements

• Business degree from a top-tier university or business school, e.g., in Business Administration, Economics, or Management
• 2-4 years of relevant experience, e.g., consulting, business analyst, commercial roles, or similar
• High drive and ownership: proactive, self-starting, and motivated by a dynamic environment
• Strong commercial and business mindset
• Curious and analytical with a passion for understanding performance drivers
• Clear communicator and able to work with multiple stakeholders across functions
• Excellent command of office tools (Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Bi, etc.)
• Excellent command of English and French (written and spoken)
• Comfortable in a dynamic and fast-changing environment
