About the Position
We are seeking a Communication Planner（コミュニケーションプランナー） to join our Marketing Solutions team, focusing on digital and creative strategies to drive brand growth.
Responsibilities
In the Brand Commerce & Marketing Department, you will provide comprehensive digital marketing solutions to major national clients both domestically and internationally. You will be involved in everything from planning to execution and reporting, aiming to maximize the impact of initiatives on consumers and society.
- Propose annual promotional plans
- Plan and propose web commercials / catchphrases
- Propose offline events
- Plan and propose influencer marketing initiatives
- Implement and propose improvements for post-initiative reports
Position Highlights
- Full-Funnel Experience: Acquire valuable skills from awareness and branding to purchase and acquisition.
- Global Big Projects: Handle projects with budgets in the billions of yen, involving both domestic and international markets.
- Incredible Career Speed: The volume zone for manager-level positions is 27-28 years old. Opportunities for internal entrepreneurship and overseas challenges are available.

Requirements
Required
- 2+ years of experience in planning, marketing, and marketing planning in the advertising and marketing industry
Preferred
- Skills: Language skills (English, Korean, etc.)
- Strong dedication to customer business growth
- Desire to contribute to the growth of teams, businesses, and clients with autonomy
- Ambition to increase market value and achieve global success during your 20s
