About the Position
We are seeking a Communication Planner（第二新卒コミュニケーションプランナー） to join our Marketing Solutions team. Ideal candidate has experience in market research and data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis and research on specific themes and challenges.
- Organize complex elements and translate them into detailed designs and story structures.
- Repeatedly test hypotheses and persist until results are achieved.
- Negotiate and coordinate with clients and internal/external stakeholders.
- Demonstrate interest and enthusiasm for the marketing field.
Requirements
必須要件 (Must-Have Requirements)
- Ability to persistently delve into and analyze specific themes or issues (e.g., experience in writing papers, market research, data analysis, etc.).
- Ability to organize complex elements and translate them into detailed designs or story structures (e.g., experience in creating detailed proposals, product specifications, game scenario design, etc.).
- Ability to repeatedly test hypotheses and persist until results are achieved.
- Experience in negotiation and coordination with clients and internal/external stakeholders.
- Interest and enthusiasm for the marketing field.

- Management experience.
- Language skills (opportunities to utilize English, Korean, Chinese, etc.).
