About the Position
Communication Planner（第二新卒コミュニケーションプランナー）
We are seeking a Communication Planner with strong analytical and strategic planning skills to join our team in Tokyo.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop communication strategies for specific themes and challenges
- Analyze and structure complex information into detailed plans and stories
- Conduct hypothesis testing and persist until successful outcomes are achieved
- Coordinate and negotiate with clients and internal/external stakeholders
- Demonstrate interest and knowledge in marketing
Requirements
【必須要件】
- Ability to deeply analyze and research specific themes or issues (e.g., experience in writing papers, market research, data analysis)
- Skill in organizing complex elements and translating them into detailed designs or story structures (e.g., experience in creating detailed planning documents, product specifications, game scenario design)
- Ability to repeatedly test hypotheses and persist until results are achieved
- Experience in negotiation and coordination with clients and internal/external stakeholders
- Interest and knowledge in marketing
